How can I invite someone to take the course?
You can invite someone to take the course by registering them on our platform. Path: sales/view/InviteUsers They will automatically receive an invitation letter from us with a direct link to log in to our platform.
Do I have to assign the courses right after purchasing them?
When you buy from e-Courses.ie, your course credits never expire.
For example, if you pay for 20 courses but end up using only 10, the remaining 10 credits will be available in your account until you use them, without having an expiration date.
Can I use the same email address to invite all my workers?
No! Each registrant must have their own unique email address. Providing accurate full name and email address is crucial. The email address serves as the primary identifier in our database. Therefore, it's essential to enter the correct email address during registration. Failure to do so may result in not receiving the invitation letter and inability to login and start the course."
Is there a pricing difference between Group and Individual
Training?
No. The price is the same for both methods of training.
The only difference between them is how the training system works.
Can all my workers take the training from the same computer?
Each person needs to complete the registration process individually. After the first individual finishes the course, they must log out from our platform using their own details. Then, the next person can log in with their own details to start the course. Typically, individuals can access the course from their personal devices such as laptops, phones, or tablets, allowing them to proceed at their own pace.

by email?
